The right choice for the Manchester School Board!

The right choice for the Manchester School Board!
My name is Phil Tuttle, and I’m running to represent Ward 1 on the Manchester (BOSC) Board of School Committee. I’m a husband, father of four, pastor, educator, and former professional athlete, but most of all, I’m someone who cares deeply about the future of our kids and our city.
For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of pastoring The Zeal Movement, a church right here in Manchester with a clear mission: to adopt this city and rewrite its future. Now, I’m stepping up to carry that mission into our public schools because I believe the next generation deserves nothing less than our best.
My wife, Kaylin, and I are raising our family here. We homeschool our children and partner with the Lion of Judah Learning Center, a homeschool cooperative hosted by our church. That experience has given me a deep appreciation for the power of school choice and the importance of meeting students where they are.
I’m running because I believe every child in Manchester deserves access to a high-quality education, regardless of their background, ZIP code, or learning style. Our schools are well funded, but we’re not seeing the results we should be. This isn’t a funding problem, it’s a leadership problem.
If elected, I will work to raise academic expectations, support parental rights, promote genuine transparency on the board, and hold our school system accountable for student success. I’m not afraid to ask tough questions or challenge the status quo because our kids’ futures are too important to settle for mediocrity.
Ward 1 deserves a strong voice and a steady hand. I’m ready to lead with conviction, serve with integrity, and help build an education system we can all be proud of.
Together, we will work to give our children the education they deserve!
